Older adults advised not to take aspirin as heart attack, stroke prevention

Older adults without heart disease should not take daily aspirin to prevent a first heart attack or stroke, according to a draft guidance by the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force, who say risks outweigh any potential prevention benefits.
