CCTV captures two suspects of stealing and dragging down woman down the road

CCTV footage from outside the family home captured the two men suspected of stealing a car from a woman, 30, and dragging her down the road. On the images, they seem to be carrying an electronic device believed to be used to unlock vehicles.
