Computer simulation suggests nukes could defend Earth from dangerous asteroids
NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory have run a computer simulation to test whether asteroids detected just months before striking Earth could be stopped, and they conclude firing nukes at the oncoming asteroid could provide the solution.
