Man spotted 'walking' his pet dog whilst driving his car uphill in Plymouth

Man driving through a Plymouth suburb had to do a 'double take'after witnessing another road user walking a dog - whilst driving acar. Dashcam footage was caught by Cody Hugill, who was driving towardsthe junction of Underwood Road in Plympton.
