Father says children are in hospital after choking on fumes due to traffic jams

A desperate father says his children have been hospitalised after 'choking' on traffic fumes caused by four-hour jams past his London home. He lives in a low-traffic neighbourhood, however the traffic jams are taking place close to the school roads.
