NHS Chief Exec: Risk of overwhelmed NHS real and present

NHS Chief Executive Matthew Taylor has said the risks of the NHS being overwhelmed over the winter is 'real and present.' He explained that the government and the public should be mobilised to tackle Covid and flu this winter.
