Boris Johnson: Women 'can and should' have confidence in the police

At PMQs Boris says he wants all people to feel confident in the police. Plain-clothes officers in Britain's biggest police force will video call a uniformed colleague to confirm their identity when stopping a lone woman, it has been announced.
