Tory MP urges government to not put 'healthcare above everything else'

Conservative MP Steve Baker today commented on the NHS plan on rising Covid cases. He said: 'We cannot allow the liberties of the people of this country to be a tool of NHS capacity management' and that healthcare can't be 'above everything else'.
