Vladimir Putin hits out at 'monstrous' Western trend of gender changing

Vladimir Putin has hit out at the 'monstrous' trend in the West of teaching gender change to children. Speaking on the matter, Putin said 'it is terrible when children in the West are taught the idea that a boy can become a girl'.
