Health Minister says NHS is under 'significant' pressure at the moment

Health Minister Edward Argar says the NHS is under 'significant' pressure, however the government is not setting a target in terms of numbers to trigger the Covid Plan B, as at the moment they have 'the ability to manage', he said.
