Spain's PM pledges 63m euros towards volcano-hit La Palma's reconstruction

Spain's Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez is pledging 63 million euros in aid for the reconstruction plan of La Palma which has been badly hit by the eruption of the Cumbre Vieja volcano.
