Early Years Alliance Chief Exec frustrated over lack of support for childcare

Neil Leitch, chief executive of the Early Years Alliance said that while new Government funding for a network of 'family hubs' is welcome news, he found it "frustrating" there is no reference in the proposal of providing support to nurseries.
