Rishi Sunak: Furlough 'won't be necessary' If Plan B is implemented

Rishi Sunak, the Chancellor of the Exchequer explained that, under a plan B scenario in which Covid restrictions would come back in, they would not be as strict as previously and so the furlough would not be necessary.
