Labour's Rachel Reeves MP suggests Covid Plan B should be brought in

Shadow chancellor Rachel Reeves suggests that the Government should introduce its Plan B to tackle the rising rates of coronavirus now. Speaking on the BBC's Andrew Marr Show, Ms Reeves says that the science should be followed.
