Howls of laughter as treasury secretary refuses to comment on leaks
Sir Desmond Swayne led the House of Commons in laughter as Chief Treasury Secretary Simon Clarke was forced to say, 'I'm not going to comment on leaks'. The House laughed as it is the Treasury itself which has been accused of leaking the information.
