Sir Ed Davey MP says Budget shows Chancellor is 'out of touch'

MP Sir Ed Davey, Lib Dem Leader while commenting on the budget says that 'millions out there who are going to think the Chancellor is totally out of touch because people are seeing their heating bills going up, their food bills going up.
