Raging torrents strike Cumbria as Met Office issue 'lethal' flood risk

This unbelievable video, filmed in Cumbria, shows a local beck raging as it becomes overwhelmed by volumes of water. An amber flooding alert has been issued for parts of Scotland and north-west England as huge downpours strike the region.
