Rishi Sunak details how Budget will assist levelling up in local areas

In his Budget speech, Chancellor Rishi Sunak tells the Chamber that £1.7bn from the level up fund will help local areas. The funding will cover over 100 local areas and 'benefit the whole United Kingdom', said the Chancellor.
