Tory MPs succeed in blocking Owen Paterson's suspension after lobbying scandal

Tory MPs have voted to block the suspension of Owen Paterson from the House of Commons and to overhaul Parliament's disciplinary processes. Mr Paterson was found to have committed an 'egregious' breach of rules as he lobbied for two companies.
