Police release CCTV after shocking assault on an elderly man in Hampshire

Police have released shocking CCTV footage of an elderly man being assaulted apparently unprovoked by a bystander in Hampshire. The man can be seen getting off his bike and shoving the elderly man, knocking him to the ground.
