Kwarteng: The vote wasn't to say whether Owen was in the right or in the wrong

Kwasi Kwarteng spoke to Robert Peston about the Owen Paterson scandal, to which Kwarteng said: 'The vote today wasn't to say whether Owen was in the right or in the wrong… it was to try and bring some due process.'
