Eustice: COP26 off to 'encouraging start' after countries' climate commitments

Environment Minister George Eustice hailed the 'encouraging start' to COP 26 as 90% of the world's countries commited to net zero, 100 countries had 'promised to phase out coal' as a fuel source and 120 countries 'committed to halt deforestation'.
