Police say Jack Lis was attacked by 'large and powerful' dog in fatal incident

Gwent Police say Jack Lis was attacked by 'large and powerful' dog but cannot yet reveal the breed. Police say the dog was acting extremely aggressively on the scene but they were able to distract the animal to get to Jack.
