Kremlin spokesman blames EU for not upholding 'humanitarian values'

Dmitri Peskov blamed the EU for the migrant crisis on the border of Poland and Belarus by saying it was 'failing to uphold its own humanitarian values and trying to "strangle" Belarus'.
