Police cordon area where fatal taxi explosion leaves one dead

Officers have cordoned off sections of Boaler Street and Sutcliffe Street, where police presence is heavy after a car explosion at the Women's hospital killed one person and injured another. Three people have been arrested under the Terrorism Act.
