Prime Minister confirms booster jabs for over-40s and second dose for under-18s

The PM has revealed in a press conference that 16 and 17-year-olds will be eligible for their second dose of the vaccines as well as over 40s being eligible for their booster jabs. The PM also spoke about the terror incident in Liverpool.
