German Christmas markets will reopen with restrictions for the unvaccinated

With one of Europe's lowest vaccination rates, Germany is considering new Covid restrictions following high number of cases. Some Christmas markets will reopen this year, however they will have tighter Covid rules, specially for the unvaccinated.
