European Commission VP says trade deal and NI protocol 'intrinsically linked'

Speaking at Dublin City University on Friday, European Commission vice president Maros Sefcovic said the post-Brexit trade deal is 'intrinsically linked' to settling the Northern Ireland Protocol, as 'one cannot exist without the other'.
