Police cordon underpass in Birmingham after 13-year-old boy was shot in the back

A 13-year-old boy is fighting for his life after being shot in the back in Birmingham. The child was discovered with a gunshot wound to his back. He was rushed to hospital in a critical condition with his injuries described as being life-changing.
