Vladimir Putin accuses West of using migrant crisis against Belarus' Lukashenko

Russian leader Vladimir Putin has accused the West of using the migrant crisis to use words and actions against the Belarus leader Alexander Lukashenko as the tensions on the Poland-Belarus border increase.
