Man has two fingers cut off so his hand looks like an alien claw

Anthony Loffredo, 33, is covered in piercing and tattoos to resemble an alien. He also got his tongue split and his nose cut off, however he claims he has only achieved 34% of his transformation. He said on social media he has found 'inner peace'.
