'It could have been us': Witness who watched SUV tear through parade crowd

Waukesha resident Jesus Ochoa, his wife, Belen, and their three-year old daughter were supposed to take part in the parade, but in the morning Belen changed her mind because of a sudden back pain that ended up saving her and her family's life.
