Femail driver flees from police in high-speed chase with two-year-old on board

After deciding not to stop at multiple stop signs, Melanie Consiglio fled from police in high-speed chase. Deputy Griggs performed a P.I.T. maneuver, ending the pursuit and arresting the femail driver for 17 criminal offenses.
