Woman recalls holiday where she thought mother was cured of her 'fake' illness

Helen Naylor grew up believing her mother Elinor had ME but actually had Munchausen's syndrome, where people fake illnesses. Helen said there were 'red flags' especially during a trip to America where he mother seemed to be completely cured.
