Baroness Hoey puts blame on France for permitting migrants onto boat that sank

Baroness Hoey defended the United Kingdom's record on refugees, asylum seekers and migrants and put the responsibility for those drowned in the English Channel on the shoulders of France, who permit people to get on boats and attempt the crossing.
