Migrant tragedy: 'I thought it would happen one day,' says Calais port chairman

Jean-Marc Puissesseau told BBC that he was 'personally very, very, very sad' about the deaths of dozens of migrants in the strait between France and England. At least 27 migrants have drowned after their boat capsized while crossing the Channel.
