Police statement as 12-year-old Ava White is killed in Liverpool

Assistant Chief Constable Ngaire Waine and Detective Superintendent Sue Coombs speak following the death of 12-year-old Ava White. Four teenagers were arrested during the evening and into the early hours of Friday morning at different locations.
