Family friend of murdered teen Keon Lincoln says the news was 'devastating'

Rev. Neville Popo, who is a family friend of murdered teen Keon Lincoln, said it was 'absolutely devastating' when he heard the news. The 14-year-old gunman, Yussuf Mustapha, who shot and stabbed Lincoln has been sentenced to life.
