Health minister Edward Argar on decision to not mandate mask wearing in pubs

Health minister, Edward Argar says the decision not to make mask-wearing compulsory in pubs is down to the 'nature of the venue'. Face coverings are expected to become mandatory again on public transport and in shops, but not in pubs or restaurants.
