Vicar of Dibley writer awarded an MBE at Windsor Castle investiture ceremony

The writer behind BBC series The Vicar of Dibley was presented an MBE for services to people with Parkinson's disease and cancer by the Princess Royal in an investiture ceremony at Windsor Castle, saying humour helped him cope with his diagnosis.
