Jenny Harries: Brits shouldn't socialise with people unless necessary

The new head of NHS Test and Trace today warned Britons not to socialise before Christmas 'unless you need to' because of concerns surrounding the new supermutant Omicron. The Government's new rules came into effect in England from 4am this morning.
