Prince Charles gives speech as Barbados officially becomes a republic

Prince Charles gave a speech in the Barbadian capital of Bridgetown as the royal standard was lowered officially declaring the island nation a republic. Prince Charles said: 'The creation of this republic offers a new beginning.'
