Biden says he was going to act as "liaison' during Six-Day Warin 1973

The White House celebrated the fourth night of Hanukkah on Wednesday. Biden spoke on past experience almost becoming a liaison during Six-Day War in 1973. He states he was invited by Golda Meir to meditate between Israel and the Egyptians.
