A puppy died at a dog rescue centre in Storm Arwen

Veteran animal rescue boss Sylvia Van Atta says 'Storm Arwen ripped metal roofing off dog rescue centre, Many Tears and also resulted in the death of a puppy when she became too cold after power was cut, an online appeal raised more than £65,000'.
