Man claiming to be 'exempt' is arrested by police for not wearing a mask

A man claiming to be 'exempt' due to his asthma is arrested by police for not wearing a mask in Salford while ordering a Subway. The man also cheekily noticed one of the officers didn't have his mask above his nose.
