Heartless thieves steal mobility scooter from cerebral palsy sufferer's garden

This is the moment callous thieves were caught stealing the mobility scooter of a cerelbral palsy sufferer in the early hours of the morning. CCTV captured two men pushing the scooter away from the front garden of his home in Greater Manchester.
