Waves crash onto road ahead of high tide in Warrenpoint, Northern Ireland

Storm Barra has forces waves to crash onto a coastal road in Northern Ireland's Warrenpoint. Footage shows cars on the road despite the waves and it not even being high tide for another hour from when the video was filmed.
