Giant silver bauble ball runs loose on street as Storm Barra causes havoc

A huge silver bauble ball has been spotted running loose through the streets of Bray, in Ireland, as extreme winds caused by Storm Barra cause havoc in parts of the country. The ball narrowly misses a car driving to the opposite direction.
