Barnsley man becomes first Briton to be prosecuted for obstructing speed cameras

63-year-old Jack Cureton accused officers manning mobile speed cameras in Barnsley of blocking the pavement. He used two walking sticks to block the vans and sometimes an umbrella to block the camera.
