Omicron-hit South Africa president: 'Vaccines should be available to all'

South African President Cyril Ramaphosa complained about rich countries hoarding vaccines and leaving poorer ones to be ravaged by the new Omicron variant. He also insisted on a TRIPS waiver, so that they can manufacture their own vaccines.
